Hey everyone!
How is it mid December already?? We wanted to start by giving a huge THANKS 🙏 to all of the amazing people that we’ve worked with over the past year. We would be nothing without all of you - amazing companies to partner with and absolutely incredible individuals to help to find jobs.
It’s been a year full of highs and lows and we are looking forward to taking time off for the holidays - and we hope you do the same!!!! We’ll be offline starting next week but will be back in action starting January 5. Feel free to reach out to myself or Nick in the meantime if you’re actively in the market and we can find a time to chat in the new year.
To close out the year, we’re finishing up our compensation study (more on this below 👇) and sharing a few data points on where our candidates have gone.

Compensation Survey 2021
We have over 250 responses for our third annual compensation survey, but we still need your input…so please FILL OUT below👇!
It is 100% anonymous and takes about 5-10 minutes. You’ll get a link for the 2020 data after filling it out, and we’ll cut the 2021 data right after the new year.
In case this is your first time hearing about it, every year we collect compensation data specifically focused on non-engineering generalist roles such as Biz Ops / Chief of Staff / COO / General Manager. If you work at a startup (or a tech company that used to be a startup), please fill it out!
