On the hiring front, as you know, itās been a wild few months with almost all hiring on pause through early July. Since then, things changed! š
We recently kicked off several new roles, and can finally say, āweāre back!ā Hiring is not at 100% from pre-COVID but it feels ~70-80%ā¦ certainly a good place to start.

Weāre launching our annual compensation survey (view 2019 results summary @ here) to gather data on salaries in startups - and weāve updated it this year to include transparency by gender and race.Ā

Weāve movedā¦..again. And we are officially Coloradans. When I moved to New York, people asked if Iād change the name from Golden Gate Recruits to Brooklyn Bridge Recruits. I suppose you might ask if weāll change it now to Rocky Mountain Recruits...
Given COVID, we left New York, moved temporarily to St. Louis (my hometown) and are now settling into Boulder, CO. Most importantly, Bear is a very happy mountain dog. š
